The toddlers at have been learning about Remembrance Day. As part of this they have been exploring lots of red and black materials. Staff provided red and black loose parts which the children used to represent making their own poppies. The children then extended this play, developing their maths knowledge by using the resources to build and count with.
The children have also been exploring with red and black paints and making yummy poppy biscuits.
