Children’s Place celebrated the coronation of King Charles III at all of our settings. We made crowns, flags, had tea parties and at Children’s Place Halifax the children enjoyed a traditional British lunch of Fish, Chips and Mushy peas. Lots of the play activities were based on the colours of the Union Jack which provided lots of conversations about the colours and the coronation itself.
