Here’s what’s been happening across our nurseries
Car Mark Making
The children attending our Barkerend nursery have been showing an interest in mark making and cars, so we put the two together to make car painting marks. This became a very popular activity, the children explored the different marks making big and small car marks and also hand and finger prints.
Hungry Caterpillars
The toddlers attending our Dewsbury nursery have been really interested in observing the caterpillars and have already noticed and commented that they are growing bigger. The toddlers have used green and red fruits to make their own yummy caterpillar fruit kebab. They also used their fingers to make marks in paint to represent their caterpillars.
Sports Day
This week the toddlers attending the Dewsbury nursery took part in their sports day. They were very competitive and showed determination as they joined in the different races which were egg and spoon race, sack race and bean bag race.
