The children out our Halifax Nursery enjoyed a Pirate Day! They played with the sand and water, enjoying the different textures as well as lots of role pay in the sand area. They went on a treasure hunt and even found a gold coin at the end! They, of course, had fish for dinner.
The children at our Halifax nursery enjoyed a Teddy Bears' Picnic last week. They spent the day reading stories to the teddies, decorating teddy bear pictures and, most importantly, enjoyed a picnic!
The toddlers have been learning all about the Olympic Games. They have been exploring the colours of the Olympic Rings and using different media to make their own version. The children in the Snowdrops room have planted sunflower seeds and have enjoyed caring for them and watching them grow
Our Spring Cottage Nursery at Lindley have been fundraising for Barnardo's, taking part in their safari themed Big Toddle! The children enjoyed a sponsored Safari walk around their nursery rooms and gardens, looking out for animals such as Lions, Tigers and Giraffes!
